I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe on purchasing my first home. As a first-time homebuyer, it was really important for me to have someone on my team who I could trust and that would be willing to thoroughly explain each step as we moved forward and Joe did exactly that! Joe made financing my first home simple and stress-free with his professionalism and expertise. I especially appreciated Joe's prompt communication as he was always available to answer my questions whether it be early in the morning or late at night. Joe helped me accomplish my home financing goals and helped make my homeownership dream a reality! I will continue to use Joe's services as I embark on my homeownership journey and I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends!

The amount of research this man did for us to get the information we needed was tremendous! The positive attitude with every conversation i was met with, put my mind at ease. From the beginning we told Joe what we were working with and he said no problem lets do this. There were no surprises at all, he went above and beyond to make our dreams come true and succeeded. Joe is knowledgeable, patient and responded quickly to all of my questions. This was my first time purchasing a home and it was important to me that I had someone working on my behalf that could help me navigate and understand every aspect of the financial agreement I was making. I felt confident in Joe every step of the way. He worked cohesively with my agent and insurance broker. If I could give him more than 5 stars on a review I would. I would recommend him to my own family. I plan to do business with him in the future.

As a first time homebuyer, Joe walked me through the entire process of applying for and getting approval for a home loan. He answered all of my questions, explaining things in terms I could understand and making me feel confident in my decisions. When it was time to close on my new home, Joe talked about the process and made sure I understood what my monthly payments would cost and how everything would be broken down. I simply cannot recommend Green Mortgage Solutions and Joe Green highly enough.
